My Mission
At Healthy With Ayesha, my goal is simple:

✅ Share easy & healthy recipes with a desi twist
✅ Teach practical weight management and detox tips
✅ Spread knowledge about desi superfoods (moringa, chia, flax, etc.)
Why I Started This Blog
Like many women, I experienced hormonal imbalances, energy crashes, and skin breakouts. Doctors suggested quick fixes, but I wanted something natural & long-lasting.
Through research, experimenting with food, and learning about superfoods, I healed myself. Now, I’m on a mission to help other women do the same — starting with their kitchen.
